Give 4 Growth Inc. was launched in 2022 by Dr. Lesley Poinsette with a vision to be a vessel of transformation—both locally and globally. Born out of a deep calling to serve, the organization was created to meet practical needs, restore dignity, and create opportunities for growth through faith-based outreach and community development.

From its inception, Give 4 Growth has been committed to uplifting underserved families in the U.S. through seasonal giving initiatives such as Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas family adoptions, and youth enrichment programs. However, the mission quickly expanded across borders, answering a divine call to serve in Eastern Nigeria. There, the organization is focused on building long-term impact through housing, education, and health resources—especially for young girls and women who are often overlooked.

Dr. Poinsette founded Give 4 Growth with the belief that growth must be nurtured, not only in individuals but in entire communities. Whether it’s through a bag of groceries or the construction of a school, the mission is clear: give generously, serve faithfully, and create space for lives to be transformed from survival to significance.
